Tears of Gettysburg
First introduced in 1988 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg, Tears of Gettysburg has truly withstood the test of time and has garnered nearly 30 medals in competition, including; 3 Best in Class awards,1 double gold medal, and 6 gold medals. Tears of Gettysburg has had many different labels through the years and the current label features the “Friend to Friend” monument located in the Gettysburg National Cemetery.
Winemaker's Notes
Freshly crushed Niagara grape juice aromas are followed by soft notes of cut wildflowers, hints of citrus and honey dew melon. This wine has a juicy-sweet mouthfeel followed by the brightness from the Niagara.
Pairings
Thanksgiving dinner, turkey scallopini, shrimp Scampi, grilled chicken and herbs, fresh goat cheese with black pepper and herbs.
