We brewed this pale ale with wheat and oats for a hazy appearance and smooth mouthfeel. The low IBUs and heavy dry hopping with Cashmere, El Dorado, and Citra hops gives this beauty a pleasant hop-forward character of citrus and stone fruit notes.
