As enjoyable today as it was ’93. IPA is regional Favorite and a craft beer classic. Styled after an English IPA but with distinctly American hops, it’s citrusy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced– as perfect on a Cape Cod beach as it is in a VT ski lodge or Boston dive bar.

Hops: Apollo, Chinook, Cascade

Malt: Victory, Caramel, 2-row Pale

Aroma: Grapefruit zest, floral spice, biscuit

Taste: Fresh citrus, caramel, herbal hops

Finish: Light and refreshing with a faint touch of bitterness

Pairing Suggestions: grilled Seafood, spicy Chicken, Thai food.
