SUN KISSED CITRA NEW ENGLAND STYLE IPA
With its name a nod our hometown of Mount Olive, our Pilsner is golden, light bodied lager, slight sweetness that finishes with a spicy, dry hop aroma and flavor.
On the lighter side of the pairing chart is our Pilsner. The lighter dessert and beer combination are a pleasant way to end a hearty dinner. The carbonation and clean flavors of a pilsner also help to cleanse the palate for what’s to come later in the meal. Because Pilsners have such a refreshing flavor, they’re perfect for pairing with spicy dishes.

This IPA is one of our most popular New England-styles and is hopped to give a good amount nectarine fruit flavor but very little bitterness with a smooth and fluffy mouthfeel. Hopped with loads of Citra and complimented with a soft piney touch of Centennial. Sweet orange nose paired with citrus and tropical flavors & a warming finish create a highly drinkable beer!
