Vintage Notes:                                                          The ripening of the grapes proceeded somewhat in fits and starts because of significant rain in the
summer. Good weather in September, however, in combination with the decision not to accelerate the harvest, resulted in excellent quality grapes.

Vinification and Technical Data:          Fermentation: Naturally in stainless steel             Aging: 6 months in stainless steel
Finishing: Filtered, fined (no animal byproducts used)
Alcohol: 13.0%
Acidity & pH: 5.35 g/L & 3.5
Residual Sugar: 4.9 g/L
