ABOUT THE WINE:
Apothic White is a refreshingly crisp white wine made from grapes grown in California’s sundrenched vineyards with a small portion from Washington’s cooler terrain. Chardonnay leads the blend, imparting layers of apple and pear. Pinot Gris brightens the blend with hints of nectarine and white flower, while Riesling adds zests of Meyer lemon. Viognier tops the blend with notes of soft apricot. The mouthfeel is soft and round with a touch of toasted vanilla on the finish.
VITICULTURE NOTES:

WINEMAKING NOTES:
To retain the natural characteristics of each varietal, we fermented the blend at cool temperatures. The floral varietals were fermented 100% in stainless steel tanks to preserve delicate fruit aromas. Select lots of Chardonnay were fermented and aged on oak before undergoing malolactic fermentation to enhance fruit character and add toasted oak notes.
