FLAVOR PROFILE: Characterized by desirable density and finesse, this complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc is dominated by layered dark fruit and spice notes including aniseed and blackberry

AGING: ILATRAIA undergoes malolactic fermentation in a mix of barriques and stainless steel tanks, then spends 18 months aging in a combination of new and used French barriques with a medium toast level.
