Don Fulano Anejo

Deep, rich amber color, rich aromas of sweet creamy vanilla, baked banana, tropical citrus fruits, and lavish brown spices. A round, lightly tannic entry leads to a rich, dryish full-bodied palate with toasty coconut, creamy vanilla, grilled pepper, and rich spice flavors. Finishes with a long fade of grilled tropical citrus, minerals, and spice. A superb, richly flavored anejo.

40% ABV – 6/750ml

A twist on a marg from Hong Kong’s iconic hot spot. Tart, refreshing, and features umeboshi paste, which gives it a unique flavor and flamingo pink color.

1.5 oz Don Fulano Blanco
2 bsp Umeboshi paste
.5 oz Fresh lemon & lime Juices
.75 oz Simple syrup

Place all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until extra cold, double strain into a highball glass or coupe.
