Clear with bright silver linings. Floral and spicy grilled pineapple and dried apple-like agave aromas have a waxy edge. A smooth entry leads to a dry-yet-fruity medium-bodied palate with dried harvest and tropical fruit, grilled pepper and wet stone flavors. Finishes with a long, tongue warming mineral, white pepper, and grilled citrus fade. A lively and beautiful blanco.

A classy twist of the all-time favorite Mexican classic from our friends in Scotland.
1.5 oz Don Fulano Blanco
1 oz Salted Grapefruit Syrup 1 oz Limoncello
.5 oz Freshly squeezed lime Juice Top with Sparkling Mineral Water
Place all ingredients except soda water in a shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a highball with ice. Top with sparkling mineral water and garnish with a fresh and generous grapefruit wedge.
* Salted Grapefruit Syrup
6 pcs Squeezed Grapefruits 500 gr Sugar 1 bsp Citric acid 200 ml Still Water 1/2 bsp Salt
Squeeze grapefruits and separate the juice, use only the peels and flesh without juice, place in aplastic container, cover with sugar and cover, rest at room temperature for 12 hours, remove peels, strain and dissolve the remaining su ar in water, add citric acid and rest for 30 min in fridge before using.
Shelf life: about 3 weeks.
