This wine is a blend of 80% Rivaner (Muller Thurgau), and 20% Chardonnay sourced from Italy’s Valle di Cembra, in the northeastern region of Trentino. There, vines grow on steep slopes up to 500 meters in elevation. The wine is produced using the Charmat Method (similar to Prosecco).
