90 Plus Cellars Coteaux du Ginnois Sauvignon Blanc
This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was planted on the soils of Saint Pére, a small village located in the heart of the Centre-Loire area near the Loire River. The vineyard yields Sauvignon Blanc that can rival its more famous neighbor, Sancerre. Here the grapes thrive in the flinty soil and temperate climate. After harvest the grapes are gently pressed and left to rest on the lees for a few months.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe citrus fruits, pink grapefruit and lemongrass burst on the nose while hints of nectarine, racy acidity and mouth-watering minerality dance on the palate.
