90 Plus Cellars 168 Chardonnay

Like most wines made in the Côte du Beaune, this wine is made on a very small scale, with extremely limited production. The Chardonnay grapes are picked by hand, barrel fermented and aged in oak casks for a year. The result is an elegant white wine that has a freshness and a silkiness that only small scale craft winemaking can achieve.

Tasting Notes

Zesty lemon aromas and white flowers rise above subtle hints of vanilla with flavors of crisp apple and a beautiful flinty minerality. Goes well with shrimp and fish in spicy sauces, as well as ratatouille and cooked shellfish.
