Our Gose Series begins with our base Gose Beer, a kettle-soured German styled wheat ale brewed with German pilsner grain and local wheat malt. The base beer is salted and then each iteration features a different fruit or combination of fruit to bring you a tart, briny, fruit-forward beer.
