Notorious Pink Grenache

Notorious Pink is a special blush cuvee made from 100% Grenache.  The grapes from the oldest vines are bled using the saignee method, while those from the younger vines are pressed.  Blush pink in color, Notorious Pink is inviting with a pleasant under-ripe strawberry, mango, and citrus zest scent with a crisp and refreshing mineral character.  Ours is not as dry as most French rose wines and can be enjoyed with seafood, vegetables, pasta, and poultry dishes, but easily stands on it’s own. Perfect for everyday in every season.
